Due to me being out of town for the afternoon and night the gym will be closed for the night.
If there is an interest for a noon class please e-mail me at Mike@CrossFitReckoning.com and I will see how many people we get and go from there. I will post if there will be a noon class on Thursday Only!
Also Friday Night we will only be having a 5:00 Class. Please take note of the Schedule Changes for this week!
Also Please remember to write down your times, weights etc. as recording your successes is very important!

Wolcott Circle of Sports 5k Sponsorship!
By · CommentsWe have become one of the main sponsors for the 5k this year. It is an honor to be able to help out such a great cause in the Wolcott Community. Every year the Wolcott community comes together and we are pleased that we will be there in force. We will have an informational table set up at the race. Come meet the Head Coach Mike Solla and find out what CrossFit is all about. Come ask the questions to some of the members that will be running in the race along side you. CrossFit is based off of the community aspect of life. Everyone is supported along his or her fitness journey no matter what his or her fitness level.

Community Growing and Moving Forward!
By · CommentsIn the past week we have had many people step into our box and show what they were made of. They came in, worked hard and took the first step towards becoming healthy for the rest of their life. They took the hardest, biggest and scariest step which is putting aside your pride and ego and starting their journey from the bottom. At CrossFit Reckoning there are no mirrors, there are no judgments, just a wide range of people working out and getting fit and healthy together.
We welcomed Dave Audibert the proud Father of the current Miss Wolcott. He has been doing great and proving that fitness comes in all different shapes and sizes. Dave has been with us just a week and has already set the standard high as he has improved everyday. Here is Dave pulling over 225lbs for 3 repetitions.
Today we had the trainer of two current MMA titleholders and also had the titleholders themselves training hard. They proved that always challenging yourself to become better and constantly varying your training will always keep you improving. Thanks to Rob Cipriano their trainer for coming in and training hard next to them. Looking forward to helping you guys towards your goals for your next fights and title defenses! The champs and their trainer getting after it in the WOD and the 2 minute burpee challenge! Great Job Guys!
Looking forward to another great week of earning our fitness right along side our members! Let’s get after it this week together!
