This depends on the individual and their goals, but most people are surprised by how quickly they start feeling stronger, more confident, and more energized — often within just a few weeks.

We recommend starting with 3–4 classes per week. This allows your body to recover while giving you time to learn the movements and class flow, helping you feel confident and accomplished.
